Collaborating Physician (1099 Contract) – Virtual Women’s Health
Midi Health is seeking licensed physicians to serve as Collaborating Physicians for our Nurse Practitioners. This role is ideal for physicians who want to support access to care for women without providing direct clinical care or daily operational supervision.
The responsibility of this role is to fulfill the legal and administrative requirements of Nurse Practitioner collaboration agreements in applicable states. This includes entering into collaboration agreements as required by state law, maintaining active licensure in good standing for the duration of the agreement, and participating in state-specific administrative requirements as applicable.
Required qualifications include being a Board-Certified MD or DO with an active, unrestricted, unencumbered medical license in California, Texas, Virginia, or Ohio. Candidates should be willing to serve as a collaborating physician of record for Nurse Practitioners and be comfortable in a non-clinical, administrative role.
Compensation for this 1099 contract role is paid monthly per full-time equivalent (FTE), with rates of $300 per FTE per month in California and $200 per FTE per month in Texas, Virginia, and Ohio. Training is paid, and the role is fully remote within the U.S.
This position offers no direct patient care, no on-call duties, and the opportunity to make a mission-driven impact on women's health.
