Collaborating Physician (1099 Contract) – Virtual Women’s Health

As a Collaborating Physician (1099 Contract) focused on Virtual Women’s Health, you will join Midi Health, a fast-growing healthcare company specializing in telemedicine solutions for women’s midlife and menopause care. You will serve as a key clinical partner on a distributed team of nurse practitioners delivering telehealth services to women across the United States. Midi Health leverages technology to increase access to high-quality, specialized care, and is building a network dedicated to improving women’s health outcomes through virtual means.

In this role, your primary responsibility is to provide clinical oversight and support for advanced practice clinicians, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering guidance on complex cases. You will review and co-sign patient charts, consult with nurse practitioners as needed, and participate in regular case reviews. The role emphasizes proactive collaboration and clear communication within a fully virtual environment, helping to maintain high standards of clinical practice.

Candidates must be board-certified physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one US state. Strong qualifications include experience in women’s health, family medicine, or internal medicine, and previous telemedicine or remote care work is highly preferred. Familiarity with regulatory standards governing nurse practitioner supervision and an ability to maintain timely electronic documentation are required. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative disposition are essential for this remote, multidisciplinary setting.
