Collaborating Physician (1099 Contract) – Virtual Women’s Health

Midi Health is seeking licensed physicians to serve as Collaborating Physicians for our Nurse Practitioners in a virtual women's health clinic. This remote, 1099 contract role focuses on fulfilling the legal and administrative requirements of Nurse Practitioner collaboration agreements in applicable states. The position does not involve direct patient care or daily operational supervision.

Key responsibilities include entering into Nurse Practitioner collaboration agreements as required by state law, maintaining active licensure in good standing for the duration of the agreement, and participating in state-specific administrative requirements as applicable. This role is ideal for physicians who want to support access to care for women without providing direct clinical care.

Candidates must be Board-Certified MDs or DOs with active, unrestricted, unencumbered medical licenses in California, Texas, Virginia, or Ohio. A willingness to serve as a collaborating physician of record for Nurse Practitioners and comfort in a non-clinical, administrative role are essential.

Compensation is paid monthly per full-time equivalent (FTE): $300 per FTE per month in California and $200 per FTE per month in Texas, Virginia, and Ohio. Training is paid, and the role offers flexibility to fit alongside other professional work.
