Commercial Lawyer (Mid-Level)

EBANX is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team in São Paulo. As a rapidly growing global fintech company operating in over 29 countries, we connect leading international merchants with millions of consumers in emerging markets, revolutionizing digital payments.

In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts with international merchants and financial partners. You will provide strategic legal advice on contractual matters and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support EBANX's business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience with complex commercial contracts, clear and assertive communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and fluency in English.
