Commercial Legal Counsel

Tailscale is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support as the company continues its growth. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Security, Product, and Operations teams to facilitate business transactions, manage risks, and develop scalable contracting practices. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, the ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial counsel ready for broader responsibilities, a senior counsel with a history of leading complex transactions, or a commercial legal leader capable of shaping the function while remaining hands-on.
