Commercial Legal Counsel

Tailscale is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support as the company continues to expand. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Security, Product, and Operations, to facilitate business growth, manage risks, and develop scalable contracting practices. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, the ideal candidate will be an experienced commercial counsel ready to take on broader responsibilities, a senior counsel with a history of leading complex transactions, or a commercial legal leader capable of shaping the function while remaining hands-on.
