In this role, brokers are responsible for originating, structuring, and closing commercial real estate financing transactions from start to finish. They will leverage existing relationships while building a national network of investors, developers, and property owners. Key tasks include analyzing client financials, positioning deals effectively in the market, sourcing and negotiating optimal debt and equity solutions, and coordinating with lenders to ensure smooth transaction closings.

Candidates must have a proven track record as a commercial mortgage broker or capital markets professional, with strong relationships with lenders and a deep understanding of commercial real estate finance. Advanced structuring and negotiation skills are essential, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate independently in a performance-driven, remote environment. Excellent communication and client relationship skills are also required.

The compensation structure is 100% commission-based, with estimated annual earnings ranging from $120,000 to $300,000 or more, depending on individual production and deal flow. This role offers uncapped earning potential, directly tied to performance, providing significant financial incentives for high-performing brokers.
