Tulip is seeking a Commercial Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Budapest, Hungary. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our internal systems to support sales, marketing, and customer success operations. Tulip is a leading provider of manufacturing software solutions, dedicated to transforming the way manufacturing works by empowering frontline operations with intuitive tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our commercial systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include configuring and customizing CRM tools, managing data integrity, and providing technical support to end-users. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system administration, particularly with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Proficiency in data management, system integration, and troubleshooting is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also required. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
