As a Telephone Sales Representative at AUTO1 Group in Milan, you will join our Inside Sales B2B team, managing the entire sales process for business clients. is Europe's leading digital platform for buying and selling used cars, connecting dealers and industry professionals with a vast inventory and innovative solutions for seamless vehicle trading.
In this role, you will oversee the complete sales cycle, utilizing advanced customer relationship management tools to ensure an exceptional client experience. Your responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored commercial proposals, guiding clients through the purchasing process on maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, and proactively engaging potential new clients to expand our commercial network.
We seek candidates with experience in digital B2B sales, professionalism, strong interaction and negotiation skills with business clients, excellent stress management and problem-solving abilities, multitasking capabilities, and a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction with a passion for automobiles.
We offer a compensation package ranging from €33,000 to €46,000, including a fixed salary and performance-based bonuses. The position includes a fixed-term contract under the CCNL Commercio, with a genuine possibility of permanent employment.
