Established in 1978 and now part of the Soho House family, Cecconi's is renowned for serving handmade pasta, seafood, and other Italian dishes using the finest ingredients. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations, and plating dishes to company standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include ensuring that all food delivered to members is of the highest quality, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and supporting the senior chefs in various culinary operations.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who communicates well with colleagues, is punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. A sense of urgency and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. A genuine passion for food and beverage, along with flexibility to work both opening and closing shifts as required, is also important.
Compensation for this position is £14 per hour, plus surplus service charge.
