The Competitive Intelligence and Strategy Analyst at KnowBe4 is a pivotal role within the Corporate Strategy and Programs team, focusing on gathering, analyzing, and disseminating critical competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making. This position supports global Revenue and Channel teams by providing actionable intelligence, enablement content, and strategic deal support, contributing to KnowBe4's leadership in Human Risk Management solutions.
Key responsibilities include building and operationalizing a modern, AI-forward competitive intelligence function, collecting and synthesizing market data across various domains, and creating and maintaining competitor profiles and intelligence repositories. The analyst will deliver timely insights to stakeholders, monitor industry trends, and conduct detailed analyses of cybersecurity competitors to support competitive positioning and strategic initiatives.
