Compliance Advisory Senior Manager - Wise Platform

In this position, the Senior Manager will establish and oversee second-line policies and procedures for the North American Wise Platform financial crime program. Responsibilities include reviewing and enhancing Wise’s risk appetite and tolerances for Platform products, providing input on financial crime risk assessments, and offering advisory support on escalations from first-line teams. The role also involves reviewing global and regional management information, analyzing trends, and ensuring effective incident management and training initiatives.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience in financial crime compliance, with a strong focus on managing risks associated with Correspondent Banking customers and products. A deep understanding of global financial crime regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), is essential. Demonstrated experience in leading financial crime strategies and platform controls, along with the ability to collaborate across teams, is required.
