Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business, along with 3-5 years of experience in the financial services sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to interpret complex contracts are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as the role involves interaction across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is also crucial.
