Compliance Associate (Arabic Speaker) - Dubai

AlphaSights is seeking a Compliance Associate fluent in Arabic to join our Dubai office. As part of our global Legal & Compliance team, you will collaborate closely with service delivery teams to uphold the highest compliance standards, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while supporting AlphaSights' rapid growth.

In this role, you will monitor client requests, develop and implement compliance policies, anticipate potential business challenges, train employees, and provide daily guidance to delivery teams. Responsibilities include assessing complex compliance cases, advising stakeholders on risk and eligibility, and collaborating on projects to set industry standards.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials, 0-2 years of relevant experience in fields such as law, risk management, consulting, operations, or compliance, and fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English. Key qualities include resilience, strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a client-first mindset.
