Compliance Litigation

The Compliance Litigation role at Extenteam Client Roles is integral to the company's mission of revolutionizing the short-term vacation rental industry. As a dynamic startup, Extenteam is expanding its professional services model to a scalable, tech-based subscription-first approach, aiming to double its Monthly Recurring Revenue by January 2026. The Compliance Litigation team member will support compliance initiatives, incident reporting, case tracking, and resolution, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and property owners.

In this role, the primary responsibilities include collaborating with the compliance team to draft closure documents, developing "how-to" modules for recurring issues, and managing CLI cases with a high sense of urgency. The team member will also be responsible for responding to incident reports within one hour of receipt, driving resolution within 24 hours, collecting and revising incident reports from onsite teams, and communicating with property owners about challenges and resolutions. Additionally, the role involves storing incident reports in SharePoint under active properties and participating in weekly CLI meetings.

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, a high sense of urgency, and the flexibility to respond to business needs. Experience in compliance, litigation, or insurance resolution is preferred. The role requires effective communication skills to keep property owners informed and to coordinate with internal teams. Proficiency in using SharePoint for document storage and management is also beneficial.
