Compliance Manager (d/m/w)
The Compliance Manager at Auto1 will be an integral part of the international Compliance Team, reporting directly to the Head of Compliance. This role is situated within Auto1's Legal Department, which is divided into Corporate, Commercial, and Compliance sectors, all dedicated to supporting the company's leadership and staff in various legal matters, including financing consultations, contract reviews, and the development of compliance policies and standards.
In this position, the Compliance Manager will assist in implementing and developing compliance policies and standards, contributing to the expansion of Auto1's Compliance Management System. The role involves preparing comprehensive compliance risk analyses for management, serving as a point of contact for daily compliance-related inquiries, advising the management team and other departments on compliance issues, and participating in diverse projects. Additionally, the manager will support the monitoring and implementation of corporate standards.
Candidates should possess a completed degree in business administration, law, or a comparable qualification, along with over five years of professional experience in compliance. The role requires independent, efficient, and structured work with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality are essential. Experience in capital market compliance, data protection, and anti-money laundering is desirable. Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
