Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for college education. Effective communication skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and the ability to multitask are crucial. Reliability, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in typing (at least 35 words per minute) are also important. Prior experience in medical or case management is preferred but not required.
