Computer Vision Specialist (Robotics)

Hyphen Connect Limited is seeking a skilled Computer Vision Engineer to join our team in Oregon, USA. This role is pivotal in advancing robotic systems through high-fidelity spatial mapping and real-time object recognition. The successful candidate will work closely with cutting-edge technology to integrate vision systems with robotic manipulation and navigation, enhancing our automation capabilities.

Key responsibilities include implementing high-fidelity spatial mapping and real-time object recognition pipelines. The engineer will integrate vision systems directly with robotic manipulation and navigation controls. Additionally, the role involves training and fine-tuning Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models to improve system performance.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in 3D Gaussian Splatting, NeRFs, and modern SLAM algorithms. Experience with multimodal spatial AI frameworks is essential. Previous work integrating computer vision outputs with ROS2 or robotic hardware is also required.
