Consultant (Contracts)

Key responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of documentation based on templates or previous deal documents, reviewing and indexing documents for transactional record-keeping, drafting summaries of key terms, amending agreements according to client guidelines, conducting specific research tasks, and managing different phases of transactions. Candidates must be qualified as an Indian Advocate to ensure relevant background training. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential.
