WPP Media is seeking a Consultant(e) Data & Tech to join its Data Tech & Analytics (DTA) team in Paris. DTA, launched in France in March 2025, is dedicated to integrating advanced data and technology solutions to enhance marketing and media strategies. The team comprises over 100 experts who leverage technologies like artificial intelligence to transform data insights into actionable strategies, maximizing the effectiveness of media activations and campaign impacts.
In this role, the consultant will design and implement data-driven strategies, focusing on client personalization and marketing automation to optimize engagement and campaign performance. Responsibilities include identifying data opportunities for market expansion, improving customer journeys, and developing new data offerings for media services. The consultant will also conduct data maturity assessments and quality audits, establish governance processes, and ensure data integrity and compliance. Additionally, the role involves planning, deploying, and analyzing strategic initiatives, measuring return on investment, and connecting data performance to advertising outcomes for continuous optimization.
Candidates should possess a degree from a leading engineering or business school, or a university Master's program, preferably with a specialization in data science, digital, or technology. A minimum of three years' experience in consulting or strategic data roles is required, with exposure to data transformation challenges and, ideally, knowledge of the media or advertising sector. Strong analytical and synthesis skills are essential, along with demonstrated project management abilities in dynamic environments. Proficiency in English at an advanced level (C1/C2) is crucial for this international role. Technical competencies should include expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) or similar media performance analysis platforms, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and programming languages like SQL and Python.
