Consultor(a) de Onboarding | Ativação de Clientes
The Onboarding Consultant at Hotmart is responsible for guiding, diagnosing, activating, retaining, and delighting content producers by ensuring they understand Hotmart's functionalities and applying strategies to optimize their performance on the platform. The consultant aims to introduce Hotmart to clients and encourage full migration to the platform, contributing to the producer's growth, business evolution, and strengthening the company's brand in the market. This role requires a passion for challenges and strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities include conducting individual training sessions for new and existing clients, guiding them in configuring and utilizing Hotmart's tools to maximize sales performance, supporting platform migration, closely monitoring client activation and initial sales, providing continuous support and guidance, identifying opportunities for improvement in the onboarding process, and collaborating with other teams, such as Customer Support and Product Development, to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
Required qualifications include previous experience in customer service, preferably in a digital environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and understandably, strong logical and analytical skills for quick problem-solving, adaptability and flexibility to handle frequent changes and unforeseen situations, and basic knowledge of digital marketing and online sales is an advantage.
