The Consumer Digital Strategy Lead at WPP Media is responsible for leading digital strategy, platform excellence, AI enablement, e-commerce acceleration, and data-driven transformation for MDLZ across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on integrating brand, performance, and commerce to deliver seamless consumer experiences for regional brands, collaborating closely with End-to-End Strategy and Category Leads.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary digital lead for MDLZ SEA, partnering with various stakeholders to enable full-funnel planning, driving integration across brand, performance, and commerce, and collaborating with global and cross-market teams to scale best practices. The role also involves leading the Test & Learn agenda, ensuring structured rollout and cross-market adoption, and serving as the key point of contact for joint business partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Grab, and Shopee.

The ideal candidate should have at least 12 to 13 years of relevant experience, preferably in multi-market roles within Southeast Asia or the Asia-Pacific region. Essential skills include expertise in digital strategy, AI-powered solutions, data frameworks, e-commerce strategies, and platform governance. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
