As the first CRM Content Designer at Skyscanner, you will integrate into the content design team within the larger product design organization. This role focuses on developing high-quality email and app push notification content, ensuring consistency with Skyscanner's tone of voice and brand standards. By adopting a strategic and human-centered approach, you will contribute to business growth while keeping travelers at the heart of all communications.

Your key responsibilities include creating engaging copy that inspires and converts, staying updated with emerging CRM trends, and leveraging insights to enhance user retention and experience. Collaborating with Brand, Social, Product Marketing, and UX Content teams, you will identify opportunities for campaigns and engaging editorial content. Additionally, you will develop email content strategies informed by current trends, research, data, and the broader CRM Marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in writing marketing content, particularly for email communications. A learning attitude with aspirations to grow into the UX design and content design space is essential. Strong planning skills to balance multiple deadlines, high collaboration abilities to establish relationships with stakeholders and fellow writers and designers, and the capacity to work swiftly through extensive writing projects are crucial. The ability to advocate for your ideas and use metrics to measure content effectiveness is also important.

Desirable but not required skills include an agency background as well as in-house experience, working with product designers and end-to-end journey thinking, and using user research and testing to shape strategy and refine content.
