Position Overview:

LawDepot is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Content Implementation Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta. As a part of our UX Optimization team, you will play a hands-on role in implementing interactive web products used by more than 25 million people annually. From shaping questionnaire content to publishing updates through our Content Management System (CMS) tools, you will ensure our products are engaging, high quality, and easy to use. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Support the migration of legacy files into a new internal platform and contribute to ongoing system improvements

- Implement high-quality products using in-house tools in alignment with defined acceptance criteria

- Build and refine interactive questionnaires and document templates that guide customers in creating customized legal documents

- Support colleagues by assisting with product launches, publishing updates, and setting up or taking down experiments

- Analyze product performance to improve usability and conversion

- Research, create, and promote best practices for building and enhancing web products
