Content Manager (Freelance, Temporal)

WPP Media is seeking a temporary, freelance Content Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients. This role involves identifying opportunities for organic growth within assigned client accounts and leading the development of effective communication solutions.

Key responsibilities include maintaining close relationships with key client and internal team members, leading end-to-end campaign executions, ensuring the agency delivers high-quality creative work, and developing and implementing goals and budgets to achieve cost-effective communication solutions. The Content Manager will also contribute strategic thinking to the creative process, ensure flawless campaign execution, resolve conflicts between the agency and clients with integrity, and uphold the agency's quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, branded content, or digital marketing, with a proven track record in budget management and handling multiple campaigns for large clients. Technical competencies include proficiency in social media content strategy, a solid understanding of digital KPIs and performance analysis, advanced Excel skills for financial reporting and campaign tracking, experience in strategic presentations using PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management tools. Key skills encompass strategic thinking with tactical execution capabilities, negotiation with vendors and clients, effective cross-functional communication, crisis management, conflict resolution, organization, prioritization in high-demand environments, and a results-oriented approach focused on client satisfaction.
