The Content Marketing Manager at Workstream will lead the content strategy across YouTube and Instagram, focusing on engaging restaurant owners and operators. This role involves creating scripts that educate and entertain, building a loyal following, and working closely with the Founder and CEO to shape narratives and produce content that highlights the company's impact. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, requiring in-office presence five days a week to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include owning the YouTube Shorts and Instagram content strategy from ideation to publishing, researching and scripting short-form videos, ghostwriting scripts for the CEO, coordinating and producing filming sessions, capturing customer case studies, monitoring industry trends, leading designers and editors to bring stories to life, analyzing content performance, experimenting with content elements to maximize reach, and building a scalable content playbook.

The ideal candidate has experience in social media or content marketing, particularly with platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or TikTok. They should possess a strong sense of storytelling, understanding of viral content strategies, a proven track record of growing social audiences, experience in ghostwriting or producing content for executives or influencers, comfort with data analytics, and a passion for the restaurant or small business industry. Video editing skills are a plus but not required.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $90,000 to $115,000, with additional benefits such as comprehensive health coverage, equity options, in-office amenities, a 401K plan, pre-tax commuter benefits, a learning and development stipend, and flexible PTO.
