Content Writer

Arista Networks is seeking a Content Writer to join the CloudVision team, focusing on enhancing user experience through effective communication. This role involves active participation in product development alongside developers, designers, and field engineers to deliver features that prioritize user engagement.

Key responsibilities include creating, revising, and auditing text on the CloudVision user interface, writing and researching Help Center articles on product features and workflows, contributing to the CloudVision content style guide, and collaborating with the design team. The role also involves learning and researching computer networking in detail, with no prior knowledge required, and using Git, HTML, and CSS to write directly in code repositories.

The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree (MA, PhD, or other humanities-related degree), demonstrated ability to work independently, a strong analytical and inquisitive mindset, teamwork and collaboration skills, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback. A well-crafted CV demonstrating writing and research abilities, as well as a capacity and desire to learn, is essential. No prior knowledge of networking or technical skills is necessary, as thorough and effective training is provided.
