The manager is also responsible for forecasting staffing needs, overseeing medical, psychological, and legal clearances, managing travel and lodging logistics, and tracking the contestant operations budget. Additionally, they supervise the Contestant and Care Coordinators, maintaining organized tracking systems.
Candidates should have over two years of experience as a production manager, with a background in handling contestants or large groups. The role demands the ability to manage quick timelines, ensuring standards are met under pressure. Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential. Experience in coordinating between multiple departments and managing complex logistics is highly valued.
The position offers a competitive salary, with a range between $60,000 and $80,000 annually.
