Contract Technical Recruiter

Harbor is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire exceptional technical talent that supports our rapidly growing AI Implementation and Enablement practices. This role is responsible for recruiting highly skilled professionals across a wide range of technical disciplines, with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence within legal technology. The ideal candidate will translate an emerging talent profile into a practical sourcing strategy, build high-quality pipelines, and help Harbor compete for people who can shape a new category of work and support our path toward a premier Anthropic partnership. This is a 3–6-month, full-time position that can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada.
