We are looking for a Contracts Analyst based in Sofia, Bulgaria, to join our Global Legal team and support the business as we continue to grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Be the first pair of eyes and legal owner of commercial contract reviews across the Group.

- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, intra-group agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.

- Monitor contract lifecycles, including renewals and terminations, to ensure timely and accurate execution.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders across the Group to gather required information and ensure alignment on contractual terms and execution.

- Ensure that all contracting processes comply with relevant legal regulations, internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

- Strong academics in Law with a genuine passion for contract law and its practical application in a business context.

- At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house role.

- Ability to review and manage contracts across multiple jurisdictions and governed by foreign laws.

- Self-starter mindset - work independently with a strong drive to deliver complete, high-quality outcomes and excellent attention to detail.

- Hands-on, curious approach to staying ahead of legal and regulatory developments.

- Fluency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken)
