Contracts Specialist

Harbor is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our growing consulting delivery team in the Philippines. This role is integral to our Business Operation Solutions (BOS) group, which assists clients in procuring goods and services, reducing costs, optimizing business processes, and improving stakeholder value. The Contracts Specialist will work closely with project team members and client personnel, supporting the procurement lifecycle from intake to execution, and serving as the liaison between the requestor, legal, vendor, and procurement teams. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities and deadlines. The role is based in Manila, Philippines, and candidates must be willing to work US Central Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT) hours on a regular basis.
