The Programmatic Coordinator at WPP Media is responsible for supporting the daily operations of programmatic advertising campaigns for assigned clients. This role involves collaborating with both the programmatic buying strategy and service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. Key responsibilities include assisting specialists and the programmatic director in managing programmatic campaigns, maintaining proactive internal communications across various operational units, accurately entering and updating campaign data in internal platforms, and coordinating with vendors and agencies to prepare for campaign launches. The coordinator will also verify digital advertising tags for accuracy, monitor campaign performance post-launch, ensure timely monthly campaign updates, and track spending and performance metrics for internal reporting.

The ideal candidate should possess familiarity with digital advertising industry terms and concepts, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. High energy, teamwork orientation, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A post-secondary education, preferably in media, marketing, advertising, or a related field, is required.
