Alumni Ventures is seeking a pragmatic, business-minded Corporate Counsel to join its Legal & Compliance team. This role is ideal for an attorney with experience in securities law, fund formation, and investment adviser compliance, who desires meaningful in-house exposure. The position offers an opportunity to support product development, fund formation, regulatory compliance, cross-functional projects, and international expansion of offices, fundraising, and investments. The Corporate Counsel will work closely with the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Legal Officer, senior leadership, investment teams, and outside counsel to provide clear, practical legal advice that enables growth while managing risk.
