Corporate Finance Associate

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking a mid-level Corporate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing, and Restructuring group in the Atlanta, Boston, or New York offices. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an expanding practice within an AmLaw100 firm, managing a range of financial and real estate matters for a diverse client base.

The Debt, Servicing, and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters across the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. The team represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in a variety of complex transactions nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of transactional finance experience, with meaningful experience managing project workflows and drafting substantive credit documents on behalf of private credit providers, banks, and other financial institutions. Experience representing borrowers is also a plus. Candidates must possess exceptional organizational and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and be admitted, and in good standing, to the Georgia, Massachusetts, and/or New York State Bar(s).

Nelson Mullins is dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $230,000 to $270,000 annually, determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
