Corporate Paralegal
Mochi Health is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will support our compliance and commercial operations, ensuring that our marketing content and partnerships adhere to healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA, CPOM, and FTC requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and operations teams, contributing to the legal and strategic decisions that drive our business forward.
Key responsibilities include reviewing marketing materials and partnerships for regulatory compliance, drafting and negotiating marketing-related commercial agreements—including influencer and user-generated content contracts—and developing a comprehensive commercial playbook. You will also assist in reviewing and negotiating operational agreements, such as pharmacy partner contracts, and manage the contract lifecycle to ensure organized records and timely execution. Additionally, you will conduct legal research, provide actionable compliance guidance, and respond to consumer privacy and HIPAA rights requests.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree and paralegal certification or possesses equivalent experience in a legal or compliance role. You should have 1–3 years of experience with commercial contracts, preferably within the healthcare or a regulated industry, and a working knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations, including HIPAA, CPOM, and FTC guidelines. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
