Counsel, Corporate and Joint Ventures

Public Storage, the world's largest owner and operator of self-storage facilities, is seeking a Counsel, Corporate and Joint Ventures to join its Legal Department. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's joint ventures, operating partnerships, strategic investments, and general corporate and securities needs. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel – Corporate and Securities, the position involves close collaboration with departments such as Legal, Acquisitions, Tax, Investor Services, and Corporate Finance.
