CPA Audits Coordinator

The CPA Audits Coordinator at Eurofins is responsible for implementing the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) across designated factories, ensuring effective communication and regular follow-ups to track progress and resolve issues. This role is pivotal in achieving Inditex’s SLCP verification targets in India, ensuring all factories meet the required standards. Eurofins is a leading provider of assurance and inspection services, covering a broad spectrum of sustainable supply chain practices, including the circular economy.

Key responsibilities include providing competency and orientation training to factories regarding SLCP requirements, processes, and standards. The coordinator will report weekly SLCP target progress to headquarters, report quality issues based on report reviews, and provide feedback to SLCP as needed. Additionally, the role involves reviewing and analyzing SLCP reports to ensure alignment with Inditex’s expectations and SLCP standards, assigning social audits, reviewing audit reports, and supporting third-party audit companies by providing advice and guidance on audit processes and expectations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills, be sales-driven with a result-oriented approach, and have good negotiation skills. High leadership and supervisory abilities are essential, along with problem-solving skills and a focus on retention. The candidate should be proficient in managing corrective action plans, conducting factory visits, preparing detailed reports, and participating in shadow audits to provide feedback to respective teams.
