Creative Director

Engine is seeking a Creative Director to lead and innovate across the entire customer journey, from initial impressions through to in-product moments. This role involves designing and implementing an AI-assisted creative engine capable of producing high-quality, on-brand work at scale. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with Engine's Brand team to ensure that creative outputs align with brand systems while exploring new ways to scale performance without compromising brand distinctiveness. Additionally, the role includes leading creative efforts for events, conferences, activations, and field moments, ensuring that experiences resonate with audiences and extend beyond the event itself.
