Criminal Defense Attorney

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The Criminal Defense Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including representing clients in various criminal proceedings. Key duties involve conducting thorough legal research, drafting and filing motions, negotiating plea deals, and advocating for clients in court. The attorney will also be expected to maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant state. A minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal defense is required, with a proven track record of handling cases from inception to resolution. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential.
