Criminal Defense Attorney

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney to join our esteemed legal team in Orange County, CA. As a Criminal Defense Attorney, you will report directly to the Managing Criminal Defense Attorney and collaborate closely with a team of skilled attorneys and legal assistants.

In this position, you will be responsible for advising clients on their legal rights, drafting pertinent legal documents, and representing clients during pretrial hearings. Your duties will include managing court appearances, conducting trials, drafting motions, interviewing witnesses, and performing comprehensive legal research. Additionally, you will analyze probable case outcomes using your knowledge of legal precedents and manage a diverse caseload effectively.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels. We are looking for a team player who is open to strategizing and working collaboratively with fellow associates. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, as is a commitment to providing outstanding client service.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
