CRM & Growth Specialist
The CRM & Growth Specialist at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Marketing team, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and driving growth across European markets. This position is based in Madrid, Spain, and operates in a hybrid work environment. In this role, the specialist will design, build, and optimize comprehensive CRM journeys, including emails, workflows, and automations in HubSpot, to nurture and convert B2B leads from the top of the funnel (TOFU) to the bottom of the funnel (BOFU). Key responsibilities include monitoring performance indicators such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, executing A/B tests, and collaborating with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Marketing Operations teams to interpret insights and enhance user experience. The specialist will also work closely with Paid Media, Demand Generation, and regional stakeholders to align lead acquisition strategies with CRM nurturing, adapting and localizing global campaigns for European markets.
Candidates should have prior experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing, with a proven track record of executing hands-on campaigns. A strong background in B2B environments and a solid understanding of full-funnel strategies and lead nurturing are essential. Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is required. An analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance data, run A/B tests, and apply basic Conversion Rate Optimization practices is necessary. The role demands high ownership, strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Paid Media and Demand Generation. Fluency in English is mandatory.
