Crypto Exchange - Country Lead (Pan EU)
The Country Lead (Pan EU) will be responsible for developing and executing the company's market strategy, driving user growth, and enhancing brand presence across the Pan European region. This role involves close collaboration with global teams to ensure alignment with the company's international expansion objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading both online and offline marketing initiatives such as meetups, seminars, Web3 conferences, sponsorships, and engagement events with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and VIP clients. The role also entails building and maintaining strong relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders, including media, Web3 projects, communities, and institutional clients. Additionally, the Country Lead will monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and the competitive landscape to inform localized growth strategies.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields, along with over five years of experience in market leadership, business development, or market expansion roles within the Pan European region. Experience in the crypto, fintech, or internet platforms is highly preferred. A strong understanding of the Pan EU Web3 ecosystem and digital asset exchange business models is essential, as well as an established local industry network. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in English or Chinese, and a results-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities are also required.
The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $90,000 to $130,000 per year, along with benefits and perks designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees.
