The Culture & Engagement Officer at Amar Bank plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive working culture within the organization. This position is part of the People Experience & Policy team, dedicated to embedding a productive and dynamic organizational environment.

Key responsibilities include conducting employee engagement surveys, monitoring action plans, and executing annual calendars comprising engagement events, communications, and campaigns. The officer is also responsible for internal campaigns, employee messaging, and managing internal communication systems such as newsletters to effectively deliver messages across the organization.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in employee engagement, culture engagement, corporate communications, or related fields. A solid understanding of human resources processes, excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa or English, and strong project management and organizational abilities are essential. Exposure to creative assets, data analysis, and technology is advantageous. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively is also important.

Additional qualifications include knowledge of employer branding activities and experience as an event organizer, which would be considered advantageous for this role.
