As a Customer Claims Agent (f/m/x) in the Quality Management team at AUTO1 Group, you will play a pivotal role in handling vehicle-related claims and partner inquiries. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and processing incoming inquiries, claims, and complex vehicle cases. You will provide telephone support to our business partners, developing solution-oriented approaches to their concerns. Collaborating closely with internal departments, especially for technical case evaluations, you will ensure service-oriented and sustainable solutions to challenges. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the continuous optimization of internal processes and quality standards, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience across all touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a similar position, preferably within the automotive sector. A strong interest in vehicles and basic automotive knowledge are essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, is required. Fluency in German and basic English skills, or a willingness to improve them, are necessary. Strong communication skills, enjoyment in telephone customer support, and a team-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused work approach are also important. A passion for cars and engaging with people will be beneficial.
