Additionally, the analyst will build and maintain scalable processes for feedback intake, classification, and follow-through, collaborate with program managers to conduct deep dives on priority issues, and present findings to product teams.

Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex, multi-source feedback into clear, concise narratives that drive action. Experience with AI and productivity tools to enhance work efficiency is preferred. Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentations, effective time management, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels are essential.
