In this role, the specialist will analyze and optimize FAQ and email automation channels to improve performance and user satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth analyses to support UX writing, managing data to inform decision-making, and proposing improvements for the Help Center. Collaboration with technology teams to resolve product issues and implement enhancements is also key.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proven experience integrating Ultimate AI with Zendesk. Proficiency in digital customer experience tools, advanced data analysis skills, and strong UX writing capabilities are essential. The role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
