Customer Operations Agent - Deutschsprachig

As a Customer Operations Agent at Auto1 Group, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them from the completion of their purchase to the delivery of their vehicle. This role is integral to our 1st Level Customer Service Team, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Auto1 Group is Europe's leading digital automotive platform, revolutionizing the used car market with our innovative online shop for certified pre-owned vehicles.

Your main responsibilities will include monitoring the entire order process, collaborating closely with colleagues across various departments to track order statuses, and ensuring the smooth delivery of vehicles. You will also manage and prioritize daily tasks within the team to maintain operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, particularly in private client support. A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work is essential, along with strong teamwork and a proactive attitude. Fluency in German, both written and spoken, is required; proficiency in English and familiarity with Google Workspace tools are advantageous.

We offer modern IT equipment and support, a competitive and performance-based salary, and personalized training and coaching from the outset. The position requires full-time office work for the first three months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter, with two days per week in the office and the remainder remote. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
