As a Customer Service Advisor at Capital on Tap, you will be the primary point of contact for small business owners, providing support through phone, email, and live chat. In this role, your key responsibilities include delivering friendly and professional support to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and taking full ownership of each case from start to finish. You will listen carefully to understand customer concerns, provide fair and practical solutions, and stay updated with products and policies to ensure accurate guidance. Additionally, you will proactively identify ways to improve the customer experience and recognize customers who may need additional support, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, preferably within a call center or financial services environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with sound judgment and confidence in managing complex or sensitive customer inquiries. You should demonstrate a proactive attitude, a strong focus on resolving issues at the first point of contact, and the ability to work both independently and effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
