The Customer Service Advisor role at Capital on Tap involves providing professional support to small business owners via phone, email, and live chat. As part of the Midnights Team, advisors work on a two-week rotating shift pattern: Week 1 from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, and Week 2 from 3:30 pm to midnight. Capital on Tap is a financial platform offering business credit cards and spend management solutions to over 200,000 businesses worldwide.
Key responsibilities include delivering friendly and efficient customer support, resolving issues from start to finish, and providing clear, practical solutions. Advisors are expected to stay updated on products and policies to offer accurate guidance, proactively identify ways to enhance the customer experience, and recognize customers who may need additional support.
Candidates should have strong customer service experience, ideally within a call center or financial services environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with sound judgment and confidence in handling complex or sensitive inquiries. The role requires the ability to manage a high volume of requests while maintaining accuracy and quality, a proactive attitude focused on first-contact resolution, and an empathetic nature with a genuine passion for helping people.
Compensation includes a salary starting from £27,000 per year, along with monthly bonuses.
