Customer Service Advisor - Weekends
Capital on Tap is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Cardiff, focusing on weekend support. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for our business owners, providing assistance across phone, email, and live chat channels. Capital on Tap is a financial platform dedicated to serving small businesses with a range of products, including business credit cards and spend management tools.
In this role, you will provide friendly and professional support to customers, resolving issues efficiently and taking full ownership of each case from start to finish. You will listen carefully to understand customer concerns, deliver fair and practical solutions, and keep up to date with products and policies to ensure accurate guidance. Additionally, you will proactively identify ways to improve the customer experience and recognize customers who may need additional support.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, ideally within a call center or financial services environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with sound judgment and confidence when managing complex or sensitive customer inquiries. You should have a proactive attitude, a strong focus on resolving issues at the first point of contact, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
